I love the idea of these mats along with the designs however they don’t seem to be sticky enough. I’ve peeled several layers off now and none of them seem very sticky. I’m wondering if I got an old batch of the film or something. Little to no tackiness even on a new layer.

These mats did not work as expected and when I reached out for a return, someone responded to me back-and-forth defending the product about five or six times but when trying to confirm if I could return them or I will get a refund, they ghosted me! I bought 4 of these and just wasted almost $500 :(

Love this mat! Especially during the winter when all of the snow and salt and grossness is being tracked in daily. The ones I’m peeling up are almost black! So satisfying knowing that’s not on my floors. Wish the border wouldn’t get so dirty, but it’s minimal. Setting up the mat and putting it together was more difficult than I was expecting. It was my first time and I couldn’t get it lined up easily and there were air bubbles all over that I couldn’t get out either. As I peel up layers, the air bubbles are going away.

I have been wanting one of these for a while now and finally splurged on a double set. One for my lake house and one for my back door. Both places that seem to always track in the most stuff. The main part of the mat seems to be good quality. It’s heavy and large and covers a good size area which I really was happy about. The designs I got are very cute and definitely are as cute as they look online. The part that needs improvement is the sticky part itself. After we have walked across it just a couple of times, it no longer is sticky. I’m sure it’s hard to make it super sticky but where you can also walk across it. I just expected each layer to be usable for longer. For it to really be effective I would have to change it more than once a day. Maybe we just track in more than most but I thought that was the point. The second downfall is the gap between the sticky part and the black mat. All the stuff that doesn’t stick just collects around there and has to be vacuumed out quite frequently. My third and last complaint is how nasty the black from the main mat gets from walking across it. It looks gross all the time so I am constantly cleaning it. If they weren’t so expensive it might be worth it but I feel like it has turned out to be more maintenance than just washing my old mat. Their customer service however is exceptional. 5 stars all the way. I had a shipping problem and they went way out of their way to fix it and quickly. I really appreciate that. I love the idea of this mat and I hope they find ways to make improvements because it is such a great concept. I just wish it hadn’t cost me $200 to figure that out.
